Very tasty!!! These cucumber barrels can be filled with different fillings. I will use 2 toppings. This appetizer decorate your festive table.

Cooking
1. Chop cucumbers into slices (approximately 2 mm thick)
2. At one end of each slice of the first incision in order to push the other end. Thus a barrel without a bottom.
3. Cut the radish slices. These circles will be the bottom half of our cucumber barrels.
4. For the second half of the cucumber barrels bottom will serve slices of tomato.
5. We are going to do 2 fillings. The first filling will consist of radishes, sliced strips of green and cream.
6. Second, the filling consists of tomato, diced, ham, diced, greens and mayonnaise
7. Cucumber barrels where the bottom of the radish, fill the first filling, i.e., radish, greens and sour cream. And the second part cucumber barrels filled in the second filling (tomato, ham, greens and sour cream).
