The recipe was an accident. Just made a lot of salad to the table, left the marinade for canning cucumbers. And I decided to try to save the salad for the winter. And the recipe stuck. Now that we have mandatory pieces that must be done. I suggest your own version. You can endlessly modify.

Cooking
Tomato, cucumber, pepper, onions and herbs in a large container to make a salad. Mix well.
In sterile jars on the bottom, add 1 tbsp oil and mustard seeds (if you'd like it spicy - optional). To fill the jars with the salad to coat hanger. Boil the marinade. The amount of salt, sugar and of vinegar given to 1 liter of marinade. If you like spicier, add the marinade black pepper.
