Salad year-round
The recipe was an accident. Just made a lot of salad to the table, left the marinade for canning cucumbers. And I decided to try to save the salad for the winter. And the recipe stuck. Now that we have mandatory pieces that must be done. I suggest your own version. You can endlessly modify.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Sweet pepper

  • Onion

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Salt

    50 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Black pepper

  • Vinegar essence

    10 ml

  • Mustard

Tomato, cucumber, pepper, onions and herbs in a large container to make a salad. Mix well.

In sterile jars on the bottom, add 1 tbsp oil and mustard seeds (if you'd like it spicy - optional). To fill the jars with the salad to coat hanger. Boil the marinade. The amount of salt, sugar and of vinegar given to 1 liter of marinade. If you like spicier, add the marinade black pepper. Pour marinade on salad, cover with lids and sterilize for 10-15 minutes at low boil. Bon appetit!
