Plum cake with sour cream filling
Like nothing special, so - a trifle, but with tea it was very tasty and flavorful. As, however, always the case with plums. The recipe is not complicated.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Drain

To prepare products to have everything at hand.

Split shape with a diameter of 23-24 cm, cover baking paper, grease the edges with oil. Melt the butter and slightly cool.

Sift flour and mix with baking powder.

In a large bowl put the sour cream and pour in butter. Mix the mass until smooth.

Gradually pour the sifted flour with the baking powder

and knead not tight dough (a little weaker than for rolling).

Dipping your fingers into the flour with your hands to distribute it throughout the bottom and walls of the mold for baking.

Plum wash, dry, cut into slices, remove the seeds, then spread evenly on the dough.

Prepare the sauce: mix well the sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar.

The egg slightly beat with a whisk and add to the creamy sugar mixture.

Gradually add flour, stirring well to avoid lumps.

Pour plum in the form of a creamy egg filling. Bake the plum cake in heated to 180 C oven for about 50 minutes.

The finished cake to cool in the form, then remove the side and sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
