Description

Sponge cake with peaches and kiwi
Tender and tasty pie. Flour, eggs, sugar and citric acid. You can add any seasonal fruits. Today I have peaches and kiwi. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Citric acid

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Assorted fruit

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with the sugar for at least 10 minutes at maximum speed. Then add citric acid and vanillin. Whisk another 3 minutes.

Add flour. With a spoon mix the dough.

Fruit cut. The dough pour into shape (I have several small molds). Fruit spread on top of dough.

Preheat the oven to 180C. I baked it for 30 minutes. But look at the oven! Better to check the readiness of wooden stick. The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
