Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Honey

    3 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    3 tsp

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

1. Mix all the spices and baking powder and to it add the flour. 2. B a separate bowl RUB the butter and sugar (butter is better slightly to melt), they added the egg and honey, all whip. 3. Mix the flour with the egg-maslyanoy mixture. 4. Knead the dough and put in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes at least. The cookies baked for about 5 minutes, be careful, a few extra seconds, and will burn!

Glaze: 200 g powdered sugar,1 egg white, few drops of lemon juice and a tablespoon of milk, beat in a mixer until it becomes thick! It dries quickly, but it is better to leave to dry overnight, a cookie is stored for a long time, but it is better to eat in the first week))

For the decorations used a topping (like for Easter mud pies), coconut and m&m. Molds can be found at IKEA.
