Meatballs in Danish
Don't know if the recipe is any relation to the Danish kitchen, but the meatballs very tasty, with a spicy note. I recommend to try!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato juice

    250 ml

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Beer

    125 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

In the beef add the chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper, mix well. Ready stuffing to knock.

Formed into meatballs the size of a small egg.

To breaded them in flour.

Brown the meatballs in hot oil, then lay them in the casserole or deep pan.

Onion cut into thin half-rings.

Fry onion in hot vegetable oil.

To the onions add the beer and tomato juice, stir, season with salt and sugar, bring to a boil.

Pour the meatballs sauce and sprinkle with the cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced (I don't clean the cucumbers, I like that better, but if the skin is coarse, then be sure to clean off). Simmer on low heat until soft cucumbers.
