Saw in a magazine the recipe and could not pass up. Unobtrusive and very unusual.

Cooking
To start preparing the marinade for the meat: tea pour boiling water and insist under the lid for 10 minutes. Strain, add salt, sugar, pepper, wait until cool and fill them with the meat. Put in the fridge for 3 hours.
Tomato cut into cubes, onion into thin feathers
Mix them with soy sauce. About half of the vegetables put in a baking dish, put the meat and remaining vegetables.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 180 gr.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped greens. Bon appetit!
