Recipe from "Our kitchen", at first I was very surprised - still, fried radish... But took a chance and it has paid off, it's sooooo delicious!!!!! The author, however, writes that it tastes like crab meat. I like this analogy can not hold, just light sandwiches are simply divine!

Cooking
Cut the radishes in slices.
Heat oil in a frying pan, put radish.
Cut onion into half rings, add to the radish. Fry for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In another pan fry the slices of bread.
Grease fried slices with a thin layer of mayonnaise...
Spread on them redison-onion mixture and is rapidly absorbed!
