Appetizer roulade of salmon
The weekend experimenting. I liked the result.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    150 g

  • Dill

  • Parsley

  • Onion

  • Caviar

    2 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    7 g

Cooking

Gelatin to dissolve in a glass of water, heat, not boiling. Cool.

Sushi Mat cover with cling film. The pieces of fish lay on the Mat, forming a single surface.

Finely chopped herbs. Mix cottage cheese, herbs, eggs, add 3 teaspoons of gelatin solution. Apply the filling on the fish.

Using the Mat to shape the roll.

To put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
