My favorite meat pie
Shortcrust pastry combined with the meat taste divine!!! I usually this dish is cooked in the oven, and today I decided to experiment in the convection oven. It turned out great!


  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp


Margarine, chopped finely in flour. Add the eggs, salt, yogurt.
Knead nekrutoe dough. Wrapped in foil, put in freezer for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling: finely chop the onion and finely shred the cabbage, add to stuffing and season with salt and pepper and mix with mayonnaise.
Chilled dough cut into 2 unequal pieces. Roll out to a thickness of 0,8-1 cm and put on the bottom of the grill (or oven rack).
The filling spread on the dough evenly.
The second piece of dough and roll them to cover the pie. Edge well stung. The surface of the cake to grease with a yolk.
Cook in aerogrill at t -180 deg. 40 minutes Or in preheated oven at medium heat for 40 minutes.

Very tender, melts in your mouth!!! Good hot and cold! Bon appetit! PS: instead of cabbage stuffing, you can add cut into small cubes potato, or pumpkin. Also very tasty!!!
