Amazing eggplant caviar come from my childhood. Our family recipe from my grandmother Ukrainian.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

Roast eggplant in oven until tender. Depending on the size this procedure usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.
