Jam from apples and hawthorn
Another simple recipe of hawthorn, the taste is excellent!!!

Ingredients

    1 kg

  • Hawthorn

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    500 g

Wash the apples, remove seeds, cut into 4 pieces. Hawthorn wash, cut in half. It is desirable to remove seeds, because when wiping with them is a lot of pulp. Apples and hawthorn boil separately in small amount of water until soft.

Spread into sterilized jars and close. I jam never wrapped. From this quantity of products out 2 700-ramovic bottles and one 0.5 l jam. Help yourself)))
