Another simple recipe of hawthorn, the taste is excellent!!!

Cooking
Wash the apples, remove seeds, cut into 4 pieces. Hawthorn wash, cut in half. It is desirable to remove seeds, because when wiping with them is a lot of pulp. Apples and hawthorn boil separately in small amount of water until soft.

Then pureed fruits are added to the ALUMINUM (!!!) a saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, diminish the heat to low and cook for 1 hour, also stirring constantly. Spread into sterilized jars and close. I jam never wrapped. From this quantity of products out 2 700-ramovic bottles and one 0.5 l jam. Help yourself)))
