Lemon cupcake with fondant
Insanely delicious and flavorful cake, with a pronounced lemon flavor, a moist consistency. Be sure to try!

Ingredients

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the lemon and cut into rings, remove seeds

Grind in a blender until puréed

Beat eggs until fluffy

Add sugar, beat well

I use fine brown sugar

Pour the melted butter

Pour the sifted flour and baking powder. In the dough add the lemon puree. Beat again.

The resulting dough pour into a form for muffins. Bake for an hour at t - 180* (to dry the sticks). When ready allow to cool and sprinkle with lemon fondant

For sweet mix powdered sugar with lemon juice (the juice just poured in the powder do not recommend. Pour a teaspoon, stirring well each time, thus you can adjust the thickness of the Fudge). Enjoy your tea!
