Portuguese cakes
This is not the original famous Portuguese dessert. This is a gorgeous fantasy from Jamie Oliver. A slightly modified recipe of the famous cake from the famous chef, easy, affordable and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

The dough is thawed and roll out in one direction. Sprinkle ground cinnamon (I sugar).

Roll into a roll. This roll cut into 6 equal parts. Flatten the dough into a flapjack, which spread in the recess in the form for cupcakes. If you want the form pre-lubricate with oil. A little prick dough with a fork and remove the workpiece in the refrigerator. Turn on the oven.
