Lazy landlord pie
The original recipe landlord pie dough yeast. I wanted to make a pie quickly, but still lots of juicy toppings and a little test, but it was tender. The dough recipe was taken from "flood&a mp;quot; pies, but then added a small "flavor&a mp;quot;. In General, it's very juicy, nourishing, tasty, just right for a family Sunday lunch in the autumn.

First, prepare the filling for the pie, because the dough cooks very quickly. Onions cut into cubes and fry until transparent in a frying pan in vegetable oil (2 tbsp).

Prepare the dough. The recipe is very easy to remember, all the ingredients for "3". Eggs, beat with salt in a mixer.

Add vodka. Put to the test, the vodka acts as a disintegrant. Products from this test turn out more tender and stay fresh much longer. Put the flour, starch and baking powder and mix everything. The dough should be on density, as for pancakes.
