Homemade boiled sausage
Meat sausage. Took the recipe from the site SAM. VARI.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.333 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.333 tsp

  • Alcohol

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

The required ingredients.

The stuffing pour 50 ml of milk and grind in a blender.

Add salt, spices, egg and again grind in a blender.

Add the remaining milk, starch and alcohol (if using, I don't add alcohol) is good to grind in a blender.

Here's the stuffing is supposed to be. Ready stuffing can be beat about the bottom of the pan to seal the meat.

In a piece of sleeve for baking (length - 45 cm width - 30 cm), stepping back from the edge 5-6 inches, put the minced meat, forming a loaf.

Tightly wrap the loaf formed by free ends of the sleeve.

Tie a strong thread and wrap in foil.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 150 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.

Then remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes.
