This dish we were served in the Polish mountain resort of Krynica. On top of the mountain Avoid, at the beginning of the ski slopes, was a small pub, which serves such tasty placki "on zbojnicka" (as they are, in any case, there called). Such a local variation on the theme of potato pancakes (aka potato pancakes, they are also potato pancakes, placki ziemniaczane, they are the same). Only nowhere else have I seen such a preparation is not a muffin, and a pancake with toppings, and one of the dumplings, the size of the entire plate, eats adult hungry skier :) Since then I have not enough time were in different places in Poland but never seen such placecom...

Cooking
Peeled potatoes grate and wash well in cold water. It we kill 2 birds with one stone: firstly leached from the potatoes of excess starch (this is important for those who are watching their weight), and secondly, the washed potatoes will not darken during frying, which means that the dumplings will turn a Golden, not taupe.
Add 2 eggs and 4 tablespoons of flour, salt and stir.
From the resulting mass bake pancakes, not too thin. The pan is better to take a small diameter to make it easier to turn plecaki. For this reason it is best to use wide spatula.
I got 5 of placecom. Concerned they are not as fast as flour pancakes, and during that time I prepared the filling.
To do this, I shredded the onion, rubbed on a grater carrots
and fried them in vegetable oil.
Combined the carrot-onion mixture with fried minced meat (I had chicken), added salt and spices.
Now spread the filling on half of the dumplings, fold in half
and fry in a skillet on both sides. To turn the two blades, so that the filling does not spill.
Served hot plyatsok "zbojnicka" with fresh herbs
and always with sour cream! Bon appetit!
