Let me name along with a recipe taken from the book "Culinary treasure". Now, about the recipe itself - from very simple ingredients it turns out a wholesome tasty dish, familiar and, at the same time, for me, has opened a new taste. I hope you like it too!

Cooking
Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water until tender. To prepare mashed potatoes, cream and butter. Onions and mushrooms chop finely. In vegetable oil fry the onion, add the mushrooms and fry together for 5 minutes. Flounder fillet cut into small strips and add to grilled vegetables. Fry for a minute. Tomatoes finely chopped. Add to the pan the tomato paste, tomatoes, seasonings. Stirring occasionally, cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Oiled form (about 25x25), I had 8 individual molds. Put into a form the fish mixture. On top of fish, arrange the potato puree.
In a preheated 180 degree oven put our pie for about 30 minutes, so it is fully warmed up. Then you can put the pie under the grill (or increase the temperature in the oven) and bake until Golden brown.
