Coffee biscuits with honey

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Coffee natural

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    5 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Grind the butter with the flour, baking powder, and salt to a state of crumbs. Pour the sugar (I put only 1 Cup - otherwise, very sweet work) and add the lightly beaten eggs. The dough should be very soft, it slightly sticks to the hands... Here is beat in the raisins (my not very much, so I put a little).

Dissolve coffee in 2 tbsp hot water and add to the dough.

Make small balls (preferably with wet hands so the dough doesn't stick to hands), sprysnuv them and making deepening, to pour there in the tiny bits of honey (so the honey does not leak and not burnt during baking). Arrange on the baking sheet, given that our biscuits will double in size.

Bake at 220* for 15 minutes. While cookies are warm, it is soft and when cooled becomes tverden and crunchy on top and soft inside. You can try coffee with other flavors - nutty, liqueur... Go ahead, pick, enjoy!!!
