Cooking
On the dough all the components are just mixed. On parchment paper (Backpapier) draw a circle (the contour plate)(to lubricate the paper is not necessary) and I have bear and flower were doing...It according to your desire. And this form spread the dough (don't worry, you won't spread). You should have 3 layers.
Bake at 200g for approximately 5-10 minutes each cake.
For the cream whip the cream with vanilla.
Cream spreading it between cake layers, sides and top.
You can leave, but you can sprinkle: cocoa; or nuts; or crumbs (cropped edges); coconut...
I have decorated with fondant and icing.
