Cooking
In kefir baking powder (leavening agent), sugar, kokosovo chips, egg and stir. Add oil, flour, semolina and saffron (a friend gave me the real saffron). Quickly stir to semolina not swelled and spread on a dry baking sheet. Flatten and draw knife cut lines. If you want you can put the nuts.
Bake in a preheated oven on average heat until browned. Meanwhile, sugar and water make syrup. In the syrup, if desired you can add vanilla and lemon juice. If with lemon juice, it turns sour.
