The minced meat. You can use any on your taste, you can optionally add spices in it

Finely chop the onion and fry in a deep frying pan until Golden brown. Then add the beef and fry until soft.

While our beef is cooked, prepare the dressing for the peppers. To do this, in sour cream, add spices, salt (should be slightly salty). Optionally, you can mix sour cream with mayonnaise, but since I don't eat it, then make one with sour cream.

Next, take our peppers. I had a billet for the winter: frozen, already peeled peppers, if you have the same, then just defrost them and stuffed with rice-meat mixture. If you have fresh peppers, you will need to clean and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and then allowing to cool a little, stuff them.

Put our penises in form, slightly greased with vegetable oil, pour a little water (height with 2 fingers), on top of all fill with cream filling.

Then it all depends on your technical environment. 1) You can put the peppers on a gas stove under a cover on slow heat until the peppers when the piercing is tender. 2) just under the lid to extinguish the peppers in the oven for 5 minutes to open and put out without a lid. 3) In the convection oven as I did. On the lower level at a temperature of 260 degrees at high speed for 20-25 minutes.
