Cooking
The most simple products needed for cooking this delicious soup.
Onions and carrots clean, chop finely. Also chop the celery.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom to melt the butter, put the vegetables, stir and fry on medium heat until transparent onions, without allowing to burn. Rinse the basmati rice TM Mistral, add to vegetables, continue to cook for about five minutes. Rice give the soup a richness and a velvety structure. Then pour 1,5 l of boiling water.
When boiling, add cream cheese 1-2 spoon, constantly stirring, when the cheese has dissolved, reduce the heat to low.
Mix the cream with curry powder, pour in soup, cream of any fat content, but the heavier, the better. After 1-2 minutes remove from heat, season with salt to taste.
Soup served with crackers. Woosnam sooo well!
