Pie bulk Apple
The recipe, however, surprisingly original... And cake is a rich, slightly moist and very tasty, believe me... but better - check!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Prepare a dry mixture, thoroughly mix all ingredients

Three apples

On a greased baking sheet (I 30X25) evenly distribute dry mixture

Then the apples (I do a bit squeezed)

Then, the mixture thus alternate the layers until you fill the form (the last layer should be a dry mixture) on Top of grate well chilled butter.

Bake at the temperature ~180°C ~40-45 minutes. For 5-7 minutes until cooked sprinkle the pie with vanilla or regular sugar and put back in the oven to the surface of the pie sacramentals.

The finished cake remove from the oven, let it sit a little and cut into square or rectangular pieces.

The pie turned out crispy caramel on the outside... and pretty, moist and juicy on the inside...
