Pita bread with blueberry jam for tea.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Jam

  • Corn sticks

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Half a pita spread with blueberry jam.

Corn sticks cut into slices and spread on top of jam.

Fold pita bread in half.

Smear jam.

Collapsible roll. I cut into two pieces to fit in pan.

Egg, sour cream, sugar mix and pour over it a pita.

Put into the oven until cooked.

Served warm for tea! Enjoy your tea!:-)
