Cooking
In a pan pour the whey and heated to dissolve the yeast. Add salt, sugar, egg and butter. Stir all the ingredients. Then pour the sifted flour and semolina, knead the dough for 5-8 minutes. Should be homogeneous, without lumps, not very steep dough.
Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place.
Approaching divide the dough into 4 parts.
Dissolve the honey (or pekmez) warm water, oil the tortillas and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Leave on the baking sheet for proofing for 25-30 minutes.
Bake at temp. 180-190 gr. 25-30 minutes. Be guided by your oven for the baking time.
