Cooking

step-0
Apples clean from the skin and core. 2 apples grate on a fine grater (it is better to use a baby float for apples).
step-1
3 Apple cut into thin slices.
step-2
In a saucepan over low heat melt the margarine 90 g of sugar until dissolved last. Pour into pre-greased with vegetable oil form (I took the split), on top lay sliced apples. It is important to act quickly while the caramel is not frozen.
step-3
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, 110 g sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and baking soda. Add the zest of 1 lemon.
step-4
In another bowl mix the liquid ingredients: water, sunflower oil, vinegar and the grated apples.
step-5
Quickly, but very carefully stir the dry ingredients into the wet. At the end stir in chopped nuts.
step-6
Pour the batter over the apples and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. To give the cake to cool for 5 minutes, and then turn the apples up.
