Now it is necessary to remove the bone, sprinkle with mixture of salt and red pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice (this recipe - I do, again, for myself, thoroughly mixed in a separate bowl soy sauce, lemon juice and red pepper and pour this mixture in the sausage). You can decorate the salad, you can chop the tomatoes, cucumbers - it depends on preference and taste, and... apply.
