I love zucchini! Already prepared them in different ways, pancakes baked, and French were doing, and battered, and breaded... But today I came across a cake recipe which I hasten to share with you because I myself was very pleased with them! And my husband too!

Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel and grate on a medium grater. A good squeeze.
Add the eggs, salt, pepper to taste. Then squeeze the garlic, add the baking powder and flour. The exact amount of flour will not say - dough consistency should be like on pancakes.
Pour the batter into a greased form.
From top to put the stuffing. Here is space for imagination! For example, I used sliced rings of sausage and canned corn.
Put the pie in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
After some time, remove it from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then again in the oven for 10 minutes.
To get the pie, allow to cool slightly.
