The site has several fish recipes marinade, but there is no such (which I was very surprised). This is a recipe from a childhood spent in the far East, almost at the easternmost point of Russia. Come and help yourself!

Cooking
Pink salmon only eat marinated or dipped in batter because the fish is dry, and if it is just fry, that is impossible. Clean the fish, remove bones and cut into pieces any convenient shape.
Immediately cut the onion into half rings and carrots grate on medium grater.
Fish roll in flour and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
On the bottom of the pan, preferably with a thick bottom, put a layer of onions, top with carrots.

Prepare the marinade. To do this remove the tomato skins. The tomatoes and pepper puree them in a blender. Add salt (I have Adyghe), seasoning and tomato paste (if tomatoes are bright, it is possible and without it). Mix everything. Sent to the frying pan where you fried the fish, bring to a boil, pour our fish.
The marinade turns out not liquid, and will develop the feeling that the fish on the bottom is not covered with marinade. This is not so. When the salmon will start to stew, the vegetables will give the juice, mix with the marinade and everything will be juicy, tender. Fish pour the marinade, cover the pan with a lid, put on the stove on a high heat, as you will hear that is boiling, and it will happen after 5-10 minutes, switch the oven to the minimum, which will be slightly boiling. And leave for 2 hours.
