Salad with Brussels sprouts
Nice spicy salad with a neutral taste, suitable as a side dish (instead of potatoes) to the meat. Brussels sprouts clean from top leaves, wash, cut into 4 pieces,

Pour boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes. The head should remain tight. The hot water is drained, pour the cabbage immediately with cold water (so it is better to keep the green color), drain in a sieve for draining water.
