Liver balls
Liver balls - beautiful, bright appetizer for the holiday table. In this recipe I suggest one of the options of cooking liver pate and making it into balls.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    700 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Turmeric

    2 tsp

  • Nuts

  • Cucumber

Begin to prepare paste. Raw liver washed, cleaned of films, cut into pieces. Onion (1 head) carrots and peel and cut into cubes. Onions lightly fry in vegetable oil, add the carrots and the finely chopped chili pepper. All fried together and also add the liver. Salt. Simmer for a long time is not necessary. Pierce the liver with a toothpick - if not highlighted with a red juice, it's time to turn off. If the liver is overexposed to heat, it will become "rubber".
