Beautiful and very very tasty snack.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Dill

  • Goat cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

The fish is very finely chopped. Eggs, finely chopped and combine with salt, dill and sour cream. Goat cheese mixed with a little cream until tender, but still thick consistency.

Small cups covered with foil. The fish put along the edges to the middle you could put your filling of cheese. On up to spread the egg mixture. Put the cold to slightly frozen. Before serving, put on a plate and remove the film. Help yourself.
