Caviar overseas (eggplant)
Delicious cold appetizer. Recipe many years ago brought from my beloved city of Taganrog. Do the eggs during the whole eggplant of the season. A big plus of this recipe is that unlike SOTE and fried caviar, this caviar is fresh, all the vitamins preserved, and it is just cold. What is especially valuable in the summer!

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt
