Pasties on the yogurt or kefir
Hi everyone, I want to share with you the recipe for "Pasties on the yogurt or kefir"! The recipe I learned from my grandma! She always told me: if you want juicy and not solid beef or mutton, add in pasties yogurt or kefir! Pasties will be juicy, the meat is soft, and the dough the next day, not getting wood! I add yogurt and meat and dough! Pasties on the website very much (but not found), maybe my version will be useful to someone! Try it, you will not regret!

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Allspice

  • Greens

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
Egg mixed with yogurt and salt with a fork.
step-1
Add flour - as much as possible to disturb with a fork. Put the dough on a Desk, add more flour and knead the dough (the dough should be soft and not hard, enjoyable to work).
step-2
The dough is ready (cover with a clean towel)! While the dough is resting for 20 minutes, prepare the filling.
step-3
Ground beef mixed with twisted through a meat grinder onion, pepper, salt, chopped greens. Mix well!
step-4
Add yogurt.
step-5
Again mix well, the stuffing is a bit watery!
step-6
For kiddies I do always like these Mini-Pasties!
step-7
The dough is ready to break the software into 6 parts or more as suits you. One of the parts to roll into a not very thin layer (if you roll much thin, the dough will burst during frying), on one half of the reservoir to put a thin layer of stuffing.
step-8
The second half of the dough to cover the filling, and then a little pinched with a fork well to seal the ends. To Pasties not swelled, before fixing the edges a bit to let the air out, so the Pasties will not burst during cooking and will not swell, like my Mini-Pasties swell!
step-9
Fry in sufficient hot oil. Carefully, fat can shoot!
step-10
Ready Pasties to put on paper napkins to give the fat to drain! Here are the pusateri Mini Pasties for my Mini-men!
step-11
And here are the great Pasties!
