More than anything, my oldest son loves pancakes and crepes... and now the youngest is not far behind him;)))But I'm trying to regale their children with healthy food. Today we have a healthy and very tasty mnogoseriynoye pancakes. And with Apple-pumpkin sauce that I made specifically for these pancakes, they became even tastier and healthier!!! Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    1 cup

  • Corn flour

    0.333 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Take the cereal and peremel them in a coffee grinder.

Beat eggs with sugar, add salt, sour milk (kefir) and mix well.

Add crushed cereal, wheat and corn flour, to which add the baking soda in advance. Mix well.
