The meat in the Kremlin
Our family loves this dish for the ease of preparation and excellent taste! Tender beef that melts in your mouth, will satisfy even the most fastidious gourmet, and the main plus for the hosts - to the plate will need to come only twice! Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Garlic

    10 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Slice the meat into serving pieces across the grain (this is VERY important, otherwise the meat will crack open).

Put in a saucepan with a thick bottom (I prefer the cauldron).

Chop the onion rings.

Put on top of meat.

Add 100 ml of water.

Onion, place pieces of butter. Close lid, bring to the boil, when boiling, turn down to low to boiling slowly (cover not open), forget for one hour.

Prepare the garlic (finely chop), salt and sugar.

When is the hour, open the lid, add the garlic, salt, sugar and vinegar, close the lid and leave for another hour. Meanwhile you can prepare the garnish at Your discretion. An hour has passed, feel free to serve the "government meal". Bon appetit!!!

    Отличный рецептик. Мясо получается очень нежным и ароматным. Меня правда смутили 10 зубчиков чеснока, поэтому добавил 5ть крупных. И в следующий раз побольше воды налью, а то подливка получается вкусная, но очень мало.
