Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until soft peaks form.
RUB the yolks with the flour and cheese. Carefully enter the proteins.
Season with salt and pepper, put the weight in the oiled form. Bake in a preheated 200* oven for 10 minutes. I was served with marinated salmon. Sprinkled when serving, capers and poured balsamic cream.
