Bagels with meringue
Very tasty bagels, which will be a wonderful addition to homemade tea.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vanilla

Cooking

On a cutting Board sprinkle the flour and grate the butter.

RUB hands in oil crumb.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, egg yolks and vinegar.

Pour the mixture to the crumbs.

Knead elastic dough, divide it into 8 pieces and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours (I left overnight).

Beat the egg whites with sugar until a thick white foam. Add vanilla.

To get one of the lumps of dough from the refrigerator, roll into a thin flatbread and brush it with about 2 tbsp of meringue (I distributed the meringue on the dough with a knife). Cut the cake into segments.

Roll the segments into bagels. Put the bagels on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the oven until Golden brown at 180-200 degrees. The finished rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar.
