Bread sticks with onion
These breadsticks are perfect with the soup, and beer.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

Kneaded the dough 25 g fresh yeast, 1 Cup warm water, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 egg, and about 400g of flour. Onions cleaned, cut into very small pieces. In the batter all the spices and onions, all thoroughly kneaded into a homogeneous mass. Roll the dough, cut stripes.
