Pie
The taste of the cake is fantastic, it's beyond words. It turns out very tender and flavorful dough. Inside the pie perfectly stuffed fish fillet and boiled eggs. I recommend to try.

Fish fillets should be pre-boil in salted water with a Bay leaf. Make the dough. For this mix the cheese with chopped softened butter. Mix well. Then add the egg.

Add salt, sugar, baking powder and flour. Knead the dough not sticking to hands. Amount of flour depends on the dough. Dough leave and move to making filling.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes. Fish fillet to cool and cut into cubes. Add the carrots, onion, in a fish fillet.

Add the stuffing Basil, salt to taste and mayonnaise. Stir.

Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out two tortillas with a diameter of 20 cm, One layer should be slightly more.

A smaller-sized cake put on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet. On top sprinkle a little cheese and spread the fish stuffing.

Then put the layer of boiled eggs (to grate) and again sprinkle with cheese (also on a coarse grater).
