Baked potatoes with cottage cheese
Dear vegetarians, I offer you a recipe that I took from the book "the GRILL is EASY AND VERY TASTY" (Der Grosse Grillspass) I adapted this recipe to suit your taste and made step-by-step photos. I hope you like it too!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Milk

    8 Tbsp

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Garlic

  • Paprika sweet

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

Wash potatoes thoroughly and boil in salted water with the addition of cumin seeds, about 10 minutes. Then the potatoes to parboil, dry and every hot potato grease 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

Wrap in foil and bake in preheated to 250 degrees. With grills on the top grid position until ready (about 40 min).

In a blender, whip cottage cheese with milk, 2 tbsp oil and dill. Add salt to taste, red sweet ground paprika and ground garlic. Put in a gravy boat.

Ready potato serve in foil ( by prying the edge of the foil) and slice each potato crosswise. Let everyone pour their potato cheese sauce and decorate with greens. Salad of cucumber, radish and green onions is welcome!
