In a pinch you can of course buy ready-made. But its still better and safer: You know exactly what they fashioned. Despite the commonness of this soup in our family, it was given a feature: when serving in a bowl add a little vinegar, not more than half a teaspoon. Peel the potatoes, cut into dice. Finely chop the onion.
Carrots cut into small cubes.

Boil in pan of water (you can replace it with ready-made meat broth), salt, omit the potatoes, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. 10 minutes after he dropped the potatoes, send to the broth meatballs. Cook on medium heat.
