Cooking
Garlic peel and chop.
In a pan heat the oil, fry the garlic over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until Golden brown.
While fried garlic, peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces.
In a saucepan pour the broth (I had chicken), add the potatoes and roasted garlic. Cook everything together until the potatoes are done.
When the potato is ready, add salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped cilantro. Remove from the heat.
Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Add sour cream or heavy cream, mix well. Return the pan on the fire, bring to boil and immediately off, not allowing soup to boil.
For supplying the soup, cook the poached egg (I'm with the recipe on the website "Cooking eggs in the microwave to" cook belo4ka, prepared exclusively for it): in a bowl suitable for microwave, pour half a teaspoon of vinegar, add boiling water until the middle of the bowl, gently break the egg into a bowl and put in microwave on full power for 40 seconds. (in the case of my microwave. I put power 700 1.5 minutes). Or you can just serve soup, adding in a bowl of half boiled eggs))) lazy option.
