My debut on "the Cook"... Dare to share his invention - a wonderfully healthy, diet, delicious pancakes-cookies made of dried fruit and cereal. A single gram of oil, a gram of sugar! Great scope for imagination and in my not quite standard taste - great Breakfast. Possible, perhaps, to poshalit, but I and so delicious. The original idea - oatmeal with banana - peeped somewhere in the Internet, but since then I have modified and adapted for work - so probably nothing will break if you post your version? Actually, that will be useful. Instead of granola you can take regular oatmeal, dried fruit - a variety, dried apricots, prunes, raisins (basically, in my cereals already had the raisins, but I love him, like all dried fruit, so added another. Here you can experiment, that I particularly like. This time the plums I had, but there were some absolutely nuclear pieces from the "Auchan" - yellow, sour, were called, I think, combat or something like that. Dried apples were. Of course, I have many of them here, it is possible and less, well, depends on what someone is allowed diet and body.
