Cooking
We need - chicken breast, noodles, zucchini, tomato, onion, garlic, oil, herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Chicken breast, wash, remove the skin, remove the bones and cut into small pieces. Tomatoes washed, scalded with boiling water, remove the skins, cut into cubes. Onions and garlic peel, onion cut into cubes, onion rings. Zucchini wash, cut into slices (half rings).
In a deep saucepan, heat olive and vegetable oil, add garlic and fry to 5 minutes until transparent color so that the oil has absorbed the garlic flavor and aroma. After adding the garlic to the onions and fry all together another 5 minutes. Cook on a medium moderate heat.
To add to the fire. Add to the pot the chicken breast and cook for 10-15 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly, to not burnt the onions and garlic. Chicken breast should be fried, not braised, but the crust should not be.
Then add zucchini, mix everything, turn down the heat to medium and simmer all 5 minutes.
In a pot add tomato, stir, add salt and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Pour all the boiling water, stir, cover with lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
For 7-10 minutes before end of cooking add the noodles. Homemade, of course, tastes best, but store or with any pasta type "noodles" is good too. I have this time long noodle "nests".
At the end of cooking, soup and pepper and add the greens.
The soup is ready, help yourself! Bon appetit :)
