Description
Apple pie is very easy to prepare, but extraordinarily tasty and flavorful. Apples, soft caramel and a minimum of lean dough. This cake is good on its own and requires no additions. It is only important to cook the caramel.

Cooking
First make the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add a small pinch of salt, sugar, sunflower oil "Oleyna" and cold water, knead the dough.
Flatten the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Apples peel and core and cut into slices.
Form for baking grease with sunflower oil "Oleyna".
To prepare the caramel. Pour a quarter measures of sugar in a thick-walled pan, stirring constantly to dissolve. Add another quarter of sugar. Dissolve. And so to dissolve the sugar. It is important not to overheat the caramel, otherwise will taste of burnt sugar.
Small portions of the dough to form the sides for the pie and pour the cooked caramel into shape.
Arrange the apples on top of caramel.
Roll out the dough and cover the apples.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. To get the pie out of the oven, let cool for 5-7 minutes. On top form to put the dish to supply of Apple pie and turn it over (don't leave cake to cool in the form, then the caramel will not come off).
