Cooking

Knead the dough. I do it in the bread maker. In principle, you can take any yeast dough.
Roll out portion of dough and cut with a knife for pizza strips. As meat balls of small size, the strips are not too wide. Roughly about 1 cm wide. Do all test.
Put meat ball in the beginning of the strip and wrap the dough into a ball, like a ball of wool.
It turns out such a pretty ball. Zamatyvaem therefore, all glomeruli.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Mix the egg with the milk and bathe our buns. So much easier and faster than with a brush. (I tried :-)). Spread the balls on a baking sheet, leaving a distance between them. Preheat the oven to 180*.
Put the buns in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes. If you want bigger rolls, let them stand up in front of the oven for about 30 minutes. Lush buns more pretty, but delicious everything!!!
