The bread and cream
Incredibly delicious bread. Creamy taste, very soft and tender.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The dough I was kneading in the bread maker, easily you can knead by hand. In warm water add yeast and sugar, leave for 15 minutes.

Add the cream and butter.

Then the flour and salt.

The whole process in my breadmaker takes 1.5 h.

When the dough is ready,

To put it in a greased form, cover with a towel and let it rise.

Grease with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180-200 gr until tender, at the time, guided by your oven.
