Cooking
For a start, put in a bowl the cottage cheese. It needs to be creamy, so we can whip it in a blender/mixer.
Then add to it eggs, sugar, semolina and vanilla.
All mix well and add sour cream. It is possible to add more focus on what the dough should be fairly "fluid". Again mix everything.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, one add cocoa.
Form grease with a little oil and put in the center a spoonful of dark dough.
Further into the dark center of the dough put a spoonful of light.
Now the fun part) Take a toothpick and hold it from the edges of the form to the center, drawing patterns.
